Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the kkk33 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at kkk33.cam ("Platform", "Site", "kkk33"). The operator of the Platform is referred to herein as "kkk33", "we", "us" or "our".

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kkk33.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on kkk33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Registering as a minor is strictly prohibited. kkk33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or close associate of kkk33 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by kkk33 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by kkk33 or, to your knowledge, any recognised responsible-gambling programme that covers the Platform.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kkk33 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately at the email address listed in Section 16.

Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial or professional use is not permitted without express written authorisation from kkk33.
• You must not use any software, script, bot, spider, scraper or automated tool to access, query or interact with the Platform.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform.
• You must not exploit any software bug, glitch, error or misconfiguration for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error may be voided at kkk33's sole discretion.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation or any other activity that constitutes fraudulent play.
• You must not transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory or unlawful content through any feature of the Platform, including live chat or support channels.
• All transactions on the Platform must represent genuine gambling activity. The Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring or any other financial crime.

kkk33 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage and to take appropriate action — including Account suspension, balance hold and referral to relevant authorities — if it suspects any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kkk33 supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani players, including — by way of reference — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method in the cashier at any given time is subject to change without prior notice and must be confirmed before depositing.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified method registered in your name. KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Processing Times: kkk33 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated in the cashier. Actual receipt of funds may be affected by third-party payment provider processing times, which are outside kkk33's control.
• Currency: Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) is referenced in the cashier or promotional materials, all applicable conversion rates and fees will be displayed at the time of transaction. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs charged by their bank or payment provider.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and per time period. kkk33 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
• Refused Transactions: kkk33 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal where it suspects fraud, money laundering or any other breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

kkk33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. kkk33 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another remains active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: kkk33 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where it identifies bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any form of coordinated or systematic misuse.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any active bonus and associated bonus winnings. Real-money funds deposited remain unaffected.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on kkk33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, casino game or other product. These rules are published within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only accepted when confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference is assigned. kkk33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds & Prices: All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a palpable error in a price — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human mistake — kkk33 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or refused at any time without notice. Settlement of in-play markets is based on official results from the relevant governing body.
• Void Bets: A wager may be voided if an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or if insufficient official data is available for settlement. Void bets result in the stake being returned to the Player's Account.
• Settlement: Markets are settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute, kkk33's determination is final.

Responsible Gambling

kkk33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to helping Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools and obligations form part of this commitment:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. kkk33 applies age verification at registration and may request documentary evidence at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the maximum amount they can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that will alert them when a specified playing time has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform, during which they will be unable to log in, deposit or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a problem with gambling may request full self-exclusion, preventing access to their Account for a minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 or while registered on a self-exclusion programme.
• Opening more than one Account or opening an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity, age or address information during registration or KYC.
• Using bots, automated betting systems, AI-assisted tools or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or misconfigured odds for profit.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or coordinated arbitrage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing kkk33 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification or geo-restriction measure employed by the Platform.

Suspension & Termination

kkk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account was opened by or is being used by a Prohibited Person.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised without justification.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to kkk33.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deducting voidable bonuses, bonus winnings and amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure does not exempt a Player from obligations arising before the closure date.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the kkk33 brand identity — is the property of kkk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kkk33.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkk33 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events or any other circumstance beyond kkk33's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of odds, results, statistics or any other data displayed on the Platform.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits kkk33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kkk33 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out below shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

kkk33 explicitly does not claim to operate under the authority of, or in compliance with, any Pakistani law or regulatory framework. Pakistani Players access and use the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to them in their location.

Amendments

kkk33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kkk33 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. The date shown in the "Effective Date" field in the page header will always reflect the date of the most recent version.
